The Grace of Gratitude.

It requires no elaboration to say that learning, at it's most fundamental, is important. It is yet another thing to learn something so profound that you can say, with resolute conviction, "I was this way before said learning, but I am now a wholly different person; a benchmark, so to speak. My life is changed. My ability to be present and to love has changed." My life, for the past year, has been absolutely filled with these moments. I say thank you to the teachers; for those that nudged; for those that provoked questions; for those that said it simply; for those that laid it down hard and honest; and, for those whose actions (not words) were catalytic (for lack of a better word) to my being able to say that I am different now, right now, in ways I could only have dreamed to be blessed.
